• Breeze Maxx VENTUS Bladeless Fan - 105cm height Returns Process

   

  Please read carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

   

  If you wish to return your VENTUS Bladeless Fan, you must firstly notify openshop's Customer Service Team within 30 days of receiving the product(s) by email at cs@openshop.com.au

   

  Our CS team will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA) from the supplier- please note that this may take 1-2 business days to process. 

  Our CS team will then provide you with the address of the supplier which you will then need to arrange a courier, at your own expense, to send the item back to. You will need to quote the RMA and reason for return of the goods on the label.

   

   

  Please ensure to keep a record of your tracking number.

   

   

  In addition, the following conditions apply to the return of all goods:

  • All goods must be returned to us by a traceable delivery service and quoting your Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA) on the outside of every package being returned to us.  Please note do not write RMA on original product packaging.
  • Goods must be returned fully disassembled and in a clean and as-new condition in their original packaging
  • Where goods are returned in damaged packaging or showing signs of excessive use, no refunds will be issued and will be refused as an unacceptable return at our discretion.
