If you believe that your HP product is faulty, you will need to follow the below steps before contacting openshop for an exchange / refund.
All faulty products are covered under the stated warranty period above. If a product is confirmed as faulty, all return / exchange fees will be waived.
- You must contact HP Customer Service Support for a consultation / troubleshoot over the phone with a HP Technician. You will need to have the Serial Number of your HP product on hand for reference.

- If HP identifies that the product is genuinely faulty, they will provide you with a Return Authorisation Form.
